What ODM means here

We are the factory behind the sensor. That means everything from the radio firmware up can be adapted to your programme — and because we build it rather than buy it, changes do not wait on a third party.

What we do in-house

Sensing and firmware — the BLE platform, pressure and temperature measurement, alarm thresholds.
PCBA and assembly — board population through to the sealed sensor body.
Laser marking — wheel positions, your part number, your brand. Marking is laser-etched, so it is editable per batch.
Calibration — pressure calibration is carried out on every unit, not sampled.

What you can change

The BLE service and characteristics, so your app talks to it.
Wheel-position markings and their language or convention.
Housing marking, label and packaging artwork.
Manual language and content.
The Android app can carry your identity; iOS is scoped per programme.

How a programme actually runs

1. Scope	You tell us the vehicle, wheel count, where the data goes, and the volume you are planning. We confirm what is realistic.
2. Samples	Working samples so your team can test on a real vehicle — not a datasheet exercise.
3. Branding	Marking, label, packaging and manual artwork agreed. App identity scoped if you want it.
4. Pilot	A first production batch at pilot volume, so problems surface before a large commitment.
5. Volume	Repeat production with the agreed specification frozen.

What we will not do. We do not promise exclusivity in any category, we do not sell you the same branded product under our own label, and we do not claim certifications we do not hold. If a programme needs something we cannot do, we say so before you commit.
