What we build One BLE sensor platform, built out into variations that matter in the field — not a catalogue of unrelated parts.
Ask which one fits OEM / ODMThe range
Each page below covers one product. If the variant you need is not here, that is usually a battery, marking or firmware question rather than a new product — tell us the vehicle and we will say.
BPU100
Bluetooth 4.1 sensor that reads tyre pressure and temperature and sends it to a phone app — no in-cab display, no wiring to the vehicle. Replaceable CR1632 cell.
BPU110
Same platform, built with a sealed, non-replaceable internal battery instead of an owner-swappable CR1632 — for programmes that never want the cell touched in service.
BPU120
For larger tyres and higher pressure ranges — trucks, buses and construction equipment. Already running on heavy vehicles in the field.
BPU130
For programmes that run outside the standard operating window, or want more margin than the base specification.
BPU140
For passenger cars and low-speed four-wheel vehicles that came without TPMS, or whose original sensors the owner has stopped buying.
Receivers and displays
The sensor does not need one. But if your product needs the reading in its own controller or on its own screen, we build that too.
The app
Live pressure and temperature for every wheel, with alarms and pairing — on the phone the driver already carries. Android today.
A variant that does not exist yet
Different marking, different packaging, a branded app, another battery or sealing approach — that is the OEM/ODM conversation.
How to choose
| Two- and three-wheelers | BPU100 on the valve; the rider's phone is the display. No receiver needed. |
|---|---|
| Cars and low-speed four-wheel | BPU140 — same idea, four wheels. |
| Trucks, buses, equipment | BPU120 for the pressure range those tyres run at. |
| Hard environments | BPU130 if the installation sees sustained heat or cold. |
| Never open the sensor | BPU110 — sealed cell. |
| Need it on a screen or in your controller | Add a receiver or display. |
