A BLE TPMS manufacturer, not a reseller Sensing, firmware, PCBA, assembly, calibration and laser marking — all in our own plant in Nanshan, Shenzhen. 30,000 sensors a month of capacity.

Why "manufacturer" is the word that matters

A large share of the companies selling tyre-pressure sensors in China do not make them. They buy a finished product and resell it. That is a legitimate business — but it changes what you can ask for after you place an order.

With a manufacturer, the answer to "can you change the marking", "can you adapt the firmware", "why did this batch differ" comes from the people who designed it. With a reseller, those questions travel somewhere else and come back on somebody else's schedule.

We are the first kind. Shenzhen Guangzhan Electronics Co., Ltd. (深圳市光展电子有限公司), Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Our sensors are built here, and we can show you where and how — see the factory page.

What we manufacture today

BLE TPMS sensorThe BPU100 family — 2.4 GHz (2400–2483.5 MHz), BLE 4.1, IP68, replaceable CR1632, up to 256 wheel positions. Variants for two-, three- and four-wheel vehicles, a sealed-cell version, a wide-temperature version and a passenger-car version.
Optional receiversSerial (UART) and CAN output, built to order for programmes that need the reading inside their own system rather than on a phone — see receiver options.
Optional displayBuilt to order, with the interface scoped with you, for vehicles where a phone is not the right answer.
Android appAvailable today. iOS is scoped per programme — we will tell you honestly what is possible rather than assume it.

What we do not make here: the industrial long-range platform that works in the 433.92 MHz band and needs a receiver. That is a different product and a different business, and it lives at gzvia.com. We would rather point you there than sell you the wrong radio.

One more thing, in a single line because it is not what this site is about: we also supply motorcycle anti-theft devices, and if your programme already includes one we can quote it alongside the sensors rather than as a separate purchase.

Plant, assembly and calibration area

The numbers, and what they do not mean

Sensor capacity30,000 units a month.
Two-wheeler aftermarketMore than 10,000 sets a month supplied into Chinese domestic programmes.
In-house operationsPCBA, assembly, pressure calibration (every unit, not sampled), laser marking, packing.
Test operationsEight, listed on the quality page — together with the four we do not run.

What those figures do not mean. 30,000 a month is capacity, not availability. A plant already running close to full on domestic programmes cannot absorb a new export order quickly, whatever the headline number says. The useful question is "what is already committed, and where would my volume fit" — and we will answer that one directly.

How to check that any of this is true

Claims about being a manufacturer are easy to make, so here is what to ask us — and the same questions work on any supplier.

  • Ask for the Bluetooth service and characteristic definitions. If you intend to build your own app you need them, and only the party that wrote the firmware has them.
  • Ask what can be changed in laser marking, and how long a change takes. A production step is answerable in production terms.
  • Ask how a batch is traced back. Traceability is a factory capability, not a sales one.
  • Ask which tests are run and which are not. A supplier who claims every test is either running them or not answering carefully.

The supplier page goes through these questions in full, and gives our own answers alongside.
