What we test — and what we do not Eight operations, listed as they are run. No test report claims, no certifications we do not hold.
Ask a technical questionThe eight operations we run
| Pressure calibration | Run on every unit, not by sampling. |
|---|---|
| Immersion / sealing | Water-immersion test for the sealed assembly. |
| Radio range | Link distance check in a representative environment. |
| Protocol verification | BLE service and characteristic behaviour verified against the specification. |
| Powered burn-in | Units powered and observed over a set period. |
| Battery consumption | Current draw measured against the expected service life. |
| Appearance and dimensions | Dimensional and cosmetic check against the drawing. |
| Full-position joint test | A complete set commissioned together, the way it will be installed. |
And what we do not do, stated plainly. We do not currently run temperature cycling, vibration, EMC or drop testing in-house, and we do not publish test reports. If your programme requires any of those, tell us and we will say what it would take — rather than implying we already have it.
Certification: CE and related approvals are in progress for the relevant markets. We hold no certificate numbers to quote today, and we do not write "certified" anywhere on this site. Ask us for the current status in writing for your specific market.
